All physical testing protocols are designed around the specific energy systems and functional qualities related to each sport. There is no one-size-fits all formula here. Luke will work with individuals, coaches and team staff to develop a testing schedule that will ensure accurate data that can be used to guide future training programs.

The efficacy of a training plan is difficult to determine without monitoring athlete progress through valid and reliable testing protocols. The Stratford Performance Academy can bring the lab to you, providing research backed testing on location. Elevate your training and improve athlete buy-in by tracking results.

What we offer:

  • Force Plate Testing: Measuring a variety of metrics reflecting maximal strength, power, reactive muscle/tendon qualities and more.

  • Timing Gates: Measures acceleration, top end speed, change of direction, and agility.

  • 30-15 Intermittent Fitness Test: Measure of aerobic and anaerobic power. An 8-week high intensity interval training (HIIT) plan designed by our head of strength and conditioning will be included.
