Luke Veens MSc, CSCS
Luke has always been an athlete, having dabbled in soccer, rugby, triathlon, and track and field. He was also a nationally ranked modern pentathlete in high school.
Luke was a varsity rugby athlete and two-time OCAA champion at Humber College in Toronto, where he studied Fitness and Health promotion. After working as a personal trainer, he decided to continue his education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia, where he also played on the university’s rugby seven’s team. Following graduation in 2012, Luke completed his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) accreditation through the NSCA.
Luke is passionate about helping others achieve their athletic and health goals by using personalized training prescription to optimize results. He has trained world class triathletes, competitive rugby athletes, ultra endurance runners, high schoolers and masters athletes looking to improve quality of life and longevity.
In 2024, Luke obtained his Masters of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning) at Edith Cowan University.
